The Role:

Client Account Manager/Director

Key Role Tasks and Activities:

As Client Account Manager / Director you will lead and facilitate the development of an appropriate win strategy for identified target accounts and be a primary territory
holder working with specialists as required.


Using sales tools, methodologies and techniques, the Client Account Manager / Director will:

*Build high impact relationships at senior leadership and c-level within Clients
*Have knowledge on Clients and their business drivers and objectives
*Develop Strategic Account plans for all Clients
*Create new services led sales opportunities
*Develop and lead the deal strategy with the relevant pursuit team
*Preparing and delivering presentations; developing proposals and value propositions
for Clients
*Understand our services and how they can help and transform our Clients businesses
*Responds to clients and internal requests in a service-oriented manner
*Remains current on client marketplace trends and other industry information
*Maximize networking opportunities to build relationships and promote company's
services

Essential

*Demonstrable track record in large/complex consultative services led sales
engagements and multi-party negotiations with Partners and Clients
*Significant experience in proactively engaging at Executive level within client
organizations
*Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to drive revenue
streams in new or existing Clients
*Demonstrates innovation and deep understanding of client business drivers
*Strong Financial & Commercial Acumen


Competencies:

*5 - 10 years of successfully working in a target driven sales environment
*Outstanding relationship-building skills and an ability to really influence buying
behaviours
*Resilience and strong goal-orientation
*Independent and hands-on with a strong "can-do attitude"
*An excellent communicator who can convince and win over people
*Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation
skills
*Excellent planning and organisation skills to build a pipeline to deliver revenue
growth
