Your mission

You will work for one of Europe’s friendliest travel agencies and your main tasks can include:

• Booking management (altering, cancelling or creating new reservations)
• Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures
• Offering information, solutions and advising customers regarding the company’s services
• Contributing to a positive customer experience through a responsible treatment of each contact
• Achieving the performance targets defined by the project

Profile

• Native or fluent in German
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is a plus
• Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)
• Good computer skills – knowledge of GDS tools (such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit
