Role;
Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to
- German Customer accounts for potentially sensitive content to ensure there are no violations of policies.
- Police, Validate and respond to customer inquiries in German.
- Solutions and processes required in order to rectify queries.
- Workflow to ensure SLAs and metrics are met &/or exceeded.

Skills;
- Fluency in German and English
- German Translation, Localization or Content related experience or education
- Experience in a German customer-facing role capable of supporting business clients
- Strong attention to detail
